The over the top layout and interior decor will be complemented by state of the art sound, lighting, and video designed by award winning Charlotte locals Jack Kelly and Paul Emrick of Eye Dialogue. National acclimations are sure to follow when this amazing array of light and sound coupled with the city’s first major video wall ignite LABEL’s massive performance stage and dance floor. LABEL will also include a separate New York style lounge featuring an eclectic vibe with lavish furnishings, a fourth bar, and its own DJ booth. The lounge will provide a private and intimate setting certain to dazzle even the pickiest trendsetters. To top off the biggest venue in Charlotte, LABEL will of course have the areas largest outdoor courtyard. The outdoor experience will be complete with bars, DJ booth, and its own Greek amphitheater, orientated to take advantage of the beautiful skyline views.
The service at LABEL will be unparalleled with a true focus on the customer. VIP’s will be treated to their own separate entrance and coat check. Nick Spain, will serve as LABEL’s Managing Partner & Operations Director. Spain, has been known for his many years of local DJ work as well as his ownership of many successful Charlotte venues. Spain and LABEL’s primary owners, Lisa Bennett and Robert Ortiz, all share the vision to bring big city entertainment to a town that has long desired it. Bennett, the former Chief Operating Officer of a $60+ million dollar company, will bring a competitive corporate edge to the team alongside co-investor, Robert Ortiz, a professional dancer committed to providing impeccable entertainment.
Bennett and Ortiz are equally dedicated to giving back and serving the community. Bennett, Ortiz and philanthropist Xavier Grier of the non-profit organization, Amped 4-A-Cure, Inc., will make LABEL the home and title sponsor of the AMPLIFIED concert series. AMPLIFIED is a long running benefit that will feature A-List entertainers of all genres – a true “Party With A Purpose”.
