YBM Leadership Conference is our premier leadership development activity for young black men between the ages of 14 and 18 and is part of a yearlong leadership development and college preparation program. The conference will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Rocky River High School from 11:00 P.M. - 5:30 P.M. Our theme this is year is Inspiring young leaders. We have put together a dynamic and exciting line up of speakers including the young millionaire Hezekiah Griggs who is the founder of HG3 Media and has been called "America's Youngest Media Mogul". The conference will also offer Parent University sessions for parents and guardians to help them raise successful young leaders.
